Los Angeles – Early Wednesday morning, sports and pop-culture media entity, The Ringer, announced that they will be launching a new podcast designed to help listeners keep track of their other podcasts. “The Ringer Recap Show” will air on Fridays and aims to provide a high-level summary of the score of podcasts episodes that aired earlier in the week. Each episode will feature a rotating cast of talented writers with horrible, cringe-inducing radio voices who will attempt to compare earlier podcasts to different reality television shows and Fast and the Furious films. If The Recap Show is successful, sources close to the situation expect The Ringer to consider launching a bi-weekly podcast recapping episodes of The Recap Show.
